Life Change is expanding operations into Subic Bay with a new office inside the Subic Bay Fleet Club.
We will provide the same full-service Veteran benefits consulting support available at our Angeles City, Pampanga overseas headquarters — delivered onsite by our team in a secure, accessible location built for U.S. service members and their families.

- Engineering The futures of our Transitioning Personnel and Veterans as well as their families
- Intake, records guidance, and case coordination
- Ongoing consulting support for Veterans and families in the Pacific region for a wide variety of needs
About the Fleet Club
The Subic Bay Fleet Club is being developed as a “home away from home” for sailors, soldiers, airmen, and marines — providing recreation, welfare, and support services. It is scheduled to open mid-2026 and includes amenities such as dining and social spaces, Wi-Fi connectivity, recreation facilities, retail/support services, and meeting/conference space.
